Tracked Letterbox is an affordable local delivery service by SingPost for small packages up to 2kg, delivered directly to your letterbox.

A tracking number will be indicated in your fulfillment email after the order is mailed.

Please note that SLC will not be liable for any mistakes made on the mailing address, kindly ensure the collect mailing address is added.

Normal Standard Mailing is still available for smaller items such as postcards, cards, and small prints within Singapore. However, please note that SLC will not be liable for any lost mail. Please contact SingPost to resolve .

You may collect your order at my studio in Changi. A precise address will be shared upon checkout.

Monday to Saturday between 10 pm - 5 pm.

Please arrange to self-collect within 3 days after you’ve receive the notification that your items is ready for collection.

Monday to Friday
10 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 6 pm

Not including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

All recipients will be notified 24-48 hours before delivery; please ensure someone is home to sign off. Leaving a parcel outside unattended as instructed by recipients is possible, however, the courier will not be liable for any loss.

For remote areas such as Sentosa Island, Marina Coastal Drive, Tuas, Jurong Island, Seletar Airbase, Turf Clubs, Changi Loyang & coastal vicinity

For restricted zones such as hotels, MBS, shopping malls, JEWEL, museums, etc. The delivery would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pick-up point by default
