Navigating a slow business season is never easy, but it's essentially part of the journey. many others may give up in this transition or it can become a time to reflect, innovate, & REconnect with the people.
When did i decide to pivot?
As soon as I felt that I have outgrown the services and products I was offering. There were conversations to re-establish Procreate Studio into more than painting florals.
It was also time for me to get outside of my comfort zone and meeting people in order to grow better as an individual.
Interestingly, at all my Procreate 1:1, I’ve gained more questioning about how to run a business vs how to paint it right.
Each session of Procreate class becomes a therapeutic time for my fellow business friends. I love that we could deposit bigger dreams and visions over each other too.
This recommendation from my 1:1 Procreate student was one of the heavenly moment that propels me to create this space for slow-businesses.

In this step, I will explore, refine and present one well-thought-out business plan that best suits your needs. This allows you to get a full picture of your brand to draft a to-do task for the next 3 months. I will go deep in my explorations on your personality and brand; proposing ideas you can develop.
> After clarifying your goals, you may choose to continue this 2nd session providing you with my business plans and structure to help you reset or add onto the next step for your business.
It could be as simple as a time management tool for you and your business or a website plan.

The end goal is to see you grow. Developing new habits and perspective in the work you’re bringing. All small business owners deserves to set a time for self-development so as to continually achieve creative build up without burning out. For 3-months, I will be accountable to you as well as giving you the right amount of nudges you’ll need to grow.
This is the best part. There will be accountability, fortnightly catch up and add on to the task that you've set. Helping you to grow a consistent habit in the areas that you require most.
For example, social media assets - how to generate batch content etc.
