  • Each artwork is uniquely yours. You are free to share how you want it to feel or a certain story you want to translate into the artwork.

  • Between 1-5 weeks depending on the complexity and pace of our communications in the process. 

  • I’ll try my best if there are no projects on hand. Feel free to check in with me directly. Otherwise do refer to my existing pieces available.

  • Bespoke artwork starts from a minimum of SGD$168.
    For final print and frames, it ranges, depending on the desired size and finishing.

    Please indicate your budget so I can advise to meet you in the middle.

  • All prints have a limited run in quantity to maintain the authenticity of my florals, certified and signed. For example, the first print in a run of ten would be marked 1/10, the last being labeled 10/10.

  • Yes, there is great flexibility to work remotely with technology to ensure the project is attended smoothly. This saves us both time and travel expenses. Masterclasses are conducted online too.

  • Yes, corporate orders may take up to 3 months to deliver depending on the quality and quantity to meet.

  • I may take reference to your referred design however you’d need to entrust me to express my artist’s instinct with it. No two art can be replicated and it will be subjected to deviations.

  • No worries, I understand the need to ideate. I’m here to help enlighten and consult your needs to deliver any artwork in mind. Try out a Pinterest board to curate an inspiration wall too.

  • Yes, changes can be made; and additional charges will be applied.

  • Yes, a 50% deposit will necessary to secure your slot.

  • Bespoke pricing does not include delivery. Mode of delivery can either be self-collection or door-to-door service at $10 following SLC schedule. $18 for express delivery.

  • Procreate Studio is curated to help students return for practice. One-on-one is a more intimate session, with personal impact. We are open to chatting and learning what best fits your learning pace.

  • At Procreate Studio, you'll have immediate access to my resource library, live streams, drawing prompts for all levels, and on-demand classes that replay.

    I now offer both 3-month as well as 1-yearly plans. Everything is hosted on my own platform so it's very convenient.

  • My focus is to encourage you to start with simple techniques and then work into your own style and expression of floristry. All the classes are focused to paint water-liked florals and advanced techniques in Crystal’s style.

    In today’s time, most people like to learn at their own pace, thus this platform is to suit the needs of anyone who needs a space to be motivated while trying out a new hobby.

  • SLC focus on painting water-like floristry and with guided classes, I will help you explore your unique style and expression for floristry art.

  • Generally, I have some favorite brushes from @abbie_uproot but I focus on teaching you the techniques first. Helping you deliver almost the same water-like style without purchasing any new brushes!

    From Dec 2022 onwards, all my Procreate Tutorials uses the apps’ default brushes so that you can slowly invest on new brushes once you receive the confidence to paint.

  • Every month, there is (1) a new guided drawing prompt, (2) wallpaper set for your mobile, and (3) an IG live stream (NEW coming soon in 2023). Overall I aim to achieve a good balance of fresh new content without overwhelming you. Most of us tend to have about 20-30 minutes a day to draw or work on creative practice.

  • Skillshare is great if you're looking for access to thousands of other classes. However, at this point, I’d like to keep SLC in her niche before she’s ready for more responsibilities. Also, being a small community allows me to reach out to all my members quickly.

    At SLC, you get monthly prompts and free digital downloads from time to time.

  • I am here for you via DM or emails. Feel free to reach out and share your progress.

    For direct mentoring or advice, please look out for my 1:1 sessions. 

  • Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time. You do not need to email me or be asked any questions, you can manage your account on your own terms and cancel on your own. 

    The remainder of your membership time will run its course and you will not be charged again.

    I understand the fast pace schedule most of us might be in, yet we still want to make time for a hobby or a dream hustle. A subscription plan allows you to easily make time to fulfil your classes in a more intense capacity.

    You are welcome to return and rejoin at any time too.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you are uncertain, please consider following my Youtube Channel before making any bigger investment with SLC.

  • It takes 24-48 hours for me to respond to all orders or emails. The start date of your access will begin from the date link is sent to you.
