ChatGPT Assisted-writing: Small businesses investing in subscriptions to help them in their operations

Subscription-based solutions have revolutionized how small businesses operate, empowering them with tools that were once only accessible to larger enterprises. By embracing subscription models, small businesses can benefit from cost-effective alternatives to traditional software licenses. Rather than bearing the hefty upfront costs of purchasing and maintaining software, they can access cutting-edge tools on a subscription basis, paying only for the services they need. This allows them to allocate their limited resources more efficiently, investing in other critical areas of their operations.

Moreover, subscriptions offer the flexibility to scale operations as we grow. They can easily add or remove users, access additional features, or upgrade their plans to accommodate changing business needs. This agility empowers entrepreneurs to adapt swiftly to evolving market demands and seize new opportunities without being tied down by rigid software solutions.

Furthermore, with cloud-based project management tools, team members can collaborate seamlessly, track tasks, and meet deadlines more effectively. Communication platforms enable instant messaging, file sharing, and video conferencing, ensuring teams stay connected even when working remotely or across multiple locations.

In a world where digital transformation is shaping the future of business, small businesses are recognizing the tremendous value of subscriptions in enhancing their operations. By investing in these solutions, they can level the playing field, streamline their processes, and deliver exceptional products and services to their customers. With subscriptions as their secret weapon, small businesses are poised to thrive and make their mark in the ever-evolving business landscape.

PLANOLY

The key feature of Planoly is its scheduling functionality across Instagram, Pinterest, and Tiktok. Planoly has simplified the process of planning, scheduling, and managing Instagram content, empowering users, like myself to maintain a consistent visual identity, engage our audience effectively, and maximize our marketing efforts.

FLODESK

Flodesk is a digital marketing service provider that's built for creators, by creators. You can use it to design and send on-brand marketing emails, create converting sales and checkout pages, publish opt-in forms to grow your list, and build powerful email automation. For me, it was the aesthetics and the beautiful newsletter templates that helped me focus on just writing and worry less about designing a newsletter page.

CANVA

Canva is a user-friendly graphic design app with an extensive template library and customization options. It enables collaboration, supports branding, and offers mobile accessibility. With its versatility and cost-effectiveness, Canva empowers users to create professional designs easily, even without design experience. You apply as an affiliate or become a referral for Canva credits!

Here are some of my artwork applicable on Canva:

TEACHABLE / THINKIFIC

I’m currently experimenting with hosting Procreate Studio between these two apps. Both accept affiliates or referrals to earn. However, I am in no comment as I am still trying to figure out which works the best, especially for my China market.

CAPCUT and VSCO

These two, are my best investments so far. Both apps helped me a lot in keeping my visuals and videos consistent. Having an iCloud to store my videos is an added help across my devices.

Besides the apps mentioned, there are increasingly ways to earn passively. In the marketplace, such as Creative Market and GumRoad. By promoting their products, you’ve enabled independent designers and creators around the world to spend more time doing what they love. Each customer you refer grows their businesses, in addition, you can earn money while sleeping, just by telling others about them.

In conclusion, subscriptions can be highly beneficial for businesses looking to enhance their operations. They offer cost-effective alternatives, scalability, and flexibility compared to traditional software licenses. By investing in subscriptions, businesses can access specialized tools and services that improve productivity, streamline processes, and drive growth. However, it's crucial to carefully evaluate the specific needs of your business, research available options, and choose subscriptions that align with your goals and budget. With the right subscriptions in place, businesses can optimize their operations, stay competitive, and thrive in today's dynamic business landscape.

Thanks for reading, and yes, I used ChatGPT to help me write this blog. Google is good but it cannot summarize what is being searched. As for ChatGPT, it shortens my time for heavy research. I kind of like it. However, there is no way it can generate emotions. So, just be careful when you’re using it to craft words or captions for business. You’ll still want to proofread it thoroughly to make sure that your tone of speech and intention is put across with emotional intelligence.

If you enjoy what ya reading, do join my newsletters for extensive updates on each apps mentioned. They will be included in my Creative Business Tips to help you in your small businesses. See you on the other side!
